Intuitive Style
A style newsletter for those who love fashion but want to escape the pressure of getting dressed the ‘right’ way.
Intuitive Style explores strategies for dressing intuitively — how to trust our instincts, align our choices with our values, and let go of what no longer serves us.
What can I expect from Intuitive Style?
Relatable musings on things even the de-influencers push, such as the pressure to wear straight-leg denim.
Prompts and frameworks to help you look at your own wardrobe in a new way, like when you feel a need to replace an item instead of decluttering it.
Encouragement that you are capable of creating and maintaining an ethically-minded wardrobe based on your needs and ever-changing life circumstances.
How do paid subscriptions work?
Free Subscribers receive a newsletter from me at least twice a month.
Paying Subscribers receive two extra newsletters per month, plus access to all the archives, including personal essays like the lonely confusion of gaining weight in your 20s, how-to’s like a step-by-step guide to curating your jewelry style and my deep gratitude for supporting this work and the time it takes to put it together.
What does Intuitive Style mean?
Dressing intuitively can look different from person to person and day by day. Sometimes, our clothing reflects pure self-expression, showing the world who we are. Other times, practicality takes the lead, prioritizing safety, belonging, or connection with those around us. No matter what we end up wearing, dressing intuitively is about understanding our needs and honoring them in the moment.
Intuitive Style newsletter seeks to apply the techniques used in meditation to the act of creating a wardrobe — specifically, providing real-life examples of how to turn inward, trust your intuition, and build self-trust.
Intuitive Style is a free and independent publication and receives zero dollars from advertising or affiliate links. 100% reader supported.
